Throughout her career, Keely has led various projects, drawing on her knowledge in planning, design, and compliance. She values attention to detail and has learned from her family's deep roots in the industry, particularly from her father, Ross Thomson, who is highly respected in the field.

Keely is registered in the class of Building Inspector (Pool Safety), and academic background includes a Bachelor of Building Surveying, Bachelor of Applied Science (Built Environment), and certifications in business management, marketing, governance, risk assessment, and compliance. She is dedicated to delivering professional results and has earned the trust of clients across Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.

In 2020, Keely founded Pool Permit Support Co., demonstrating her commitment to excellence. Although she took a break in late 2022 to focus on motherhood, her passion for her work remained strong. Now, in 2024, Permit Support has landed with Keely's renewed energy, ready to provide exceptional service to clients while balancing her responsibilities as a mother.
