We can typically obtain building approval in a few weeks; this includes the initial design phase, drafting and assessment. Allow longer if you’re installing a safety barrier over an easement, or if a Planning Permit is required.

Yes. A comprehensive, scaled, accurate site plan is required for submission. Luckily for you, our fee includes your plan!

No. We’re a team of consultants who advocate for owner-builders; preparing your application for lodgement to the Building Surveyor. We also respond to any requests for further information (RFI’s) - right up to the stage when you have your approval ‘in hand’.

We address all issues if/when they arise. Rest assured, we understand the complexities of the legislation we’re bound by, and do our best to identify all potential risks during Stage 2.

Yes. We provide a complete ‘Menu’ of fees with our initial proposal. Luckily, many won’t be applicable.

You will receive a comprehensive hand-over when your approval lands. Including all documentation for your records, plus details of mandatory inspections and when/how to schedule.
